Why This
Inspires Us
- The location of Lion Sands Narina provides a mesmerizing view of the perennial river – Sabi River and you can enjoy an armchair safari as large numbers of game come down to drink.
- To us the most perfect place to chill and watch the animals is in the comfort of your own Suite where you can relax on your private deck or take a dip in your private plunge pool
- With only nine Suites this lodges is intimate with amazing personally touches
- Lion Sands Narina is situated in a private concession within the Kruger – and has access to both the Sabi Sands and Sand River which is prime location for amazing game viewing and you will be blown away by the superb beauty.
- Our favorite was the Treehouse option one night under the stars. This was a thrilling as well as a romantic experience!

Information
Narina Lodge has an air of relaxation, enhanced by natural décor and an open design extending out to generously furnished decks from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Sabie River.
Here you can watch the animals feeding on the riverbank and engage in the social chatter this inevitably stirs, or meditate on the rustle of the leaves.

Suites
The lodge’s nine luxury Suites are built to afford complete privacy in a wilderness where you can watch the animals come down to the water from your pool and deck, as well as bed and bath. This is where those in search of space and peace come to be in nature.
This lodge is built to afford complete privacy in a wilderness where you can watch the animals come down to the river from your pool, deck, bed and bath.
Their Narina Suites perch on stilts among 100-year-old trees just up from the water, and link to a spa sala and intimate lodge via elevated walkways.
Glass sliding doors and windows open your sanctuary to the outside, while a canopy bed, sink-into-me couches, an egg bath you can wallow in up to your chin, and personal bar all add to the delight of being on safari – in style. Adding to your sense of escape, spa treatments are offered in the open-air bush sala.
