Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is a 58,000-hectare private game reserve located in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It is home to the Big Five, as well as other wildlife such as cheetahs, meerkats, and riverine rabbits. The Groot River flows through the reserve, providing water for the animals. Sanbona is also a bird lover’s paradise, with over 200 bird species recorded in the area, including the Verreaux’s Eagle and Black Harrier.
