- Location Location Location! This is one (in our minds) of the best, mouth dropping located lodges we have ever seen! The Villas are ultra-luxury and are literally perched on the edge of a cliff where you look down through glass floored decks to the gorge and Palala River below! Wow!!
- Small and intimate – Lepogo Noka Camp is a honeymooners paradise! Spacious and luxurious Villas that take full advantage of the spectacular views – all to do with the fact that the villas have glass walls!!!
- You can enjoy sunrises in your sunken bath as the bathroom is designed to bring the outdoors in!
- Each private plunge pool – not only is it heated but it takes the infinity pool concept to a new level! Built into the platform on top of a cliff – Definity no other pool with this kind of view!
- Each Villa boasts a unique SKY BED which will bring the wonders of the starry African sky into your room (how romantic can it get!). When not used for a night under the stars – it makes a great day bed too!
- Dining at Lepogo goes hand in hand with everything else – not one stone left unturned! Exquisite menus are created and local produce is used where possible and you will experience full flavors that are complemented by fine wine from their very own wine cellar!
- Last but not least are the activities that are on offer! Apart from the usual game drives, there is a range of interesting things to do – from boat safaris, fishing, river swimming, cultural visit, astronomy to exploring Iron Age sites at Melora (the walk also not to be missed!) and Bushmen paintings both from San & Khoi people! ( Lapalala itself has identified 13 sites within the reserve, one of which is directly below Noka Camp)!
- Lepogo Noka Camp is off the grid! Self-generated with a solar walkway they proudly boast of having a zero carbon footprint!
- Lepogo is a not-for-profit Lodge – giving 100% of any financial gains back into the reserve for the benefit of wildlife, local community and future generations!

Information
Noka Camp provides an amazing starting point from which to explore the 50,000 hectares of untainted African wilderness. It is located in the centre of the malaria-free Lapalala Game Reserve. The Lapalala Wilderness, which is vast, isolated, and tranquil, awakens the senses with its deep valleys and magnificent cliffs that reverberate with the sound of gushing streams. This region is teeming with a broad variety of fauna and almost uninhabited by humans. It features wide open grasslands and crystal clear rock ponds.
Noka Camp is set on an astonishing 100ft clifftop with breathtaking views overlooking the winding Palala River. At night your sky bed experience provides for one of the most romantic settings you can imagine as you choose to either sleep outside under the stars or inside your stunning villa in unparalleled luxury.
Suites
Bring the wonders of the night sky into your own room totally immersing you in the romance of the incredible African night skies. Enjoy the breathtaking views and spectacular sunrises from the luxury of a sunken bath.
The bathrooms are designed to incorporate the great outdoors and truly allow you to soak up the natural environment. Each room has its own heated plunge pool built into the platform on top of the cliff, there aren’t many pools that will offer such a view. This takes the infinity pool concept to a new level.
Each room has its own beautifully positioned outdoor sitting area, allowing you to enjoy the endless views at your leisure.

CHILD POLICY
- Children under the age of 10 years are not accepted at Lepogo Lodges Noka Camp, unless the camp is booked exclusively*
- Children aged 10 to, and including, 15 years of age are welcome
- 10 – 15 years: child rate of 50% of adult sharing rate applies & permitted on game drives
- 16 years and older: Considered adults & must be accommodated in their own Villa
- If one adult & one child share a Villa: Adult pays per person sharing rate & child pays the child rate
- If two children aged 10 to 15 share their own Villa: one child will pay the per person sharing rate & the other child will pay the child rate
- Family Room: 1- 4 Guests (2 adults + 2 children OR 4 adults in total). NOTE: When 4 adults share, the 2nd room has 2 x twin beds, and the room is not as fully automated as the main bedroom
