Their villas are named after memorable feline characters that left a lasting impression on Cheetah Plains. Each villa is dedicated to their memory and they honour their legacy.
All of the villas are set up the same way, with a shared living space and private guest accommodation. Your shared space has a formal and entertainment lounge, living and dining room area, swimming pool deck, outdoor boma for fireside dining, a wine gallery and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

Adjoining the main villa, the accommodation comprises four beautifully appointed double-occupancy private guest bush suites, two of which are interleading.

Dining

Each villa has a dedicated private culinary team. Whether you wish to eat on your swimming pool deck, in the boma, formal dining room or even out in the bush.

Guests dining preferences and requirements are an important part of their stay and Cheetah Plains prides themselves on delivering a distinctive culinary experience.
As each villa has its own boma, guests are able to enjoy fireside dining without having to leave their villa.

Guests also have the option to enjoy a private wine, whisky or gin tastings and pairing in your villa’s wine cellar, outside, in the formal dining room or out in the bush.

Safari

The best time of day to explore the bush is in the early morning and late afternoon. Games drives are done twice a day and are led by our expert safari guide and tracker teams and taken in their Electric Land Cruiser Safari Vehicles. This bold advance toward zero-emission game viewing is what drives our sustainable safari experience at Cheetah Plains.
In the morning you will get to enjoy some coffee, why not add some Amarula which is customary on early morning bush drives. In the evening you can enjoy a refreshing sundowner, gin and tonic is the traditional safari drink of choice and it includes some homemade snacks.

For the most immersive safari experience, Cheetah Plains invites their guests to join them on guided bush walks. Accompanied by qualified and experienced walking-trails field guides. The opportunity to explore certain parts of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on foot, is one not to be missed and is an experience of a lifetime.
